What we collect
Only what you type in, and only on the tool you chose to use. There is no account to create.
- Profile audit: your niche, the handle you type in, and the text you paste.
- The research tool and the post writer: your email address and your handle, asked once before you start.
- If you write to us, whatever is in your message.
The profile audit
The text you paste is sent to a language model to produce the read, and it is logged on our side only as the niche you entered, the handle if you gave one, and the resulting score. If you use the form, we do not open your social account: the read is built from the text you paste, and we do not sell or share it.
If we wrote to you first
This is the one case where we did look. If you got a letter from us with a link to your own read, we made it before writing, from what is public on your account: your bio, up to six recent captions, your handle and first name, and what you appear to sell. No follower count, no engagement rate, nothing private, and nothing from a message.
That read sits behind a link only you were sent, is not indexed, and we count how many times the page was opened so we know the letter arrived. Reply to the letter and we will delete it, and you off our list, the same day.
The research tool
Your first question is emailed to us, in your own words, together with your handle and address, so that a person here can follow it up with you. That happens once, on your first question, and not again.
Nothing you ask after that reaches us. Your question goes to a language model, which turns it into a literature search, and what we keep in our logs is that search phrase, how many studies came back and whether an answer was given - never your own words, and never tied to your address. Answers are held briefly so the same question does not cost a fresh search, under a one-way fingerprint your question cannot be read back out of.
The address you give the research tool or the post writer is stored so we know who has used them and can reply to you. The post writer also emails you the drafts it wrote. We do not add you to a marketing list for using a tool, and we do not sell or share the address.
Cookies
One cookie, ub_creator, kept for 30 days. It records which creator's link brought you here so that person gets credited. It carries no personal data and is not used for advertising.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- No advertising pixels run on this site.
- We do not run you through a marketing sequence because you used a tool here.

Write to natalie@unbottledhealth.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete it. No form, no account, no wait longer than a few days.
Who we are
Unbottled is run by the two people behind 2pizza.team, reachable at unbottled.health. The company you would contract with is being registered now, and its name appears here as soon as it exists. We would rather say that plainly than print a placeholder.
