Terms and money, in full

Everything that would go in a contract, written the way we would say it on a call. Nothing here needs a lawyer to read - though we would rather you showed it to one before signing.

First, the money question: you pay us nothing, ever. No fee, no retainer, no share of costs.

We cover building it and running it, and we earn from the 40% we keep on sales. If nothing sells, you lost time and we lost money.

You

  • Bring the expertise - it's your method, your voice, your name on it
  • Make content the way you already do - same phone, same editing, same voice
  • Post the launch content to your audience and bring the buyers
  • Run the live check-ins and the group during the cohort
  • Say yes or no to each brand deal we bring - you keep the veto

Unbottled, up to launch

  • We turn what you know into something people can buy: the structure, a test at the start and end, checklists and trackers
  • We decide the offer and the price with you: what it is, who it is for, what it costs, why now
  • We write the day-by-day launch plan: the hook, the angle and the talking points for every post, story and email
  • We build the landing page, the quiz, the checkout, the emails and the member area

Unbottled, for as long as it runs

  • We handle support, refunds, payments and taxes - all of it, for as long as it runs
  • We check every line against health-claim rules before it goes out
  • We report what sold, what did not, and what to change for the next group
  • We find the brand deals, negotiate them, handle the contracts and disclosures, and collect the money

What sinks a solo course

Filming is rarely what stops people. These four are, every time - and every one of them is ours to carry, not yours.

  1. 1

    The structure

How long it runs, what goes in, how you prove it worked.

  2. 2

    The price

$29, because more feels like a lot. Or $497, because someone else charges it.

  3. 3

    The launch

Three posts, nobody buys, and you decide your audience didn't want it.

  4. 4

    What's left after

Refunds, “the link doesn't work”, support with no end, nothing left to sell.

What your buyer gets

The same four things every time. What goes inside them is yours, and we decide it together in the first two weeks.

A structure that holds
One thing at a time, in an order that works. Not everything you know, dumped into one place.
A test at the start and the end
She measures where she started and where she got to. That number is also what sells the second cohort.
Materials she keeps
Checklists, a tracker, one-page playbooks. The things she screenshots and sends to a friend.
A place where it all lives
A member area with the videos, the materials and the group. Not a chat that sinks.

The money

60% of gross revenue on every sale attributed to you, paid monthly, with dashboard access to every sale. These are scenarios, not forecasts: nobody can guarantee sales, and we won't.

Brand deals, starting now

A brand deal is a company paying you to mention its product: a post, a story, a short video. You keep 80% of what it pays, and it is income on top of the program.

The program takes weeks to build; brand deals don't wait. From the week you sign we pitch you to brands in the women-40+ space as part of a curated group, not as a one-off post.

Honest note: budgets here are real but small per post. This is income while the program builds, not a replacement for it.

What this could pay you

$8,910Your 60% of a first cohort at $99, sold to your audience
$914Membership share, per month, 12 months in at $29/mo

Assumptions, so you can argue with them: 1-2 brand deals a month at $12 per 1,000 followers; 0.6-1.2% of your followers buy a first cohort, scaled by engagement; 35% of buyers stay on the membership and you keep earning on them monthly.

Terms, in plain English

  • Your audience

Stays yours. We never post from your accounts or contact your followers outside the program.
  • Customer data

Buyers are Unbottled customers; you get the full list of everyone who bought through you, and you can email them anytime.
  • Exclusivity

12 months, only in the category of the program (strength/energy for women 40+). Brand deals are non-exclusive. Everything else you do is untouched.
  • Content

You own your likeness. We license it for this program only. If we part ways, the program stops selling within 30 days.
  • Money

60% of gross, paid monthly, dashboard access to every sale. No upfront fees, no minimums, no penalties.
  • Exit

Either side can end with 60 days' notice after cohort one. Existing members keep being served; you keep earning on them for 12 months.
  • Contract

Six pages, US law. Take it to your own lawyer - we'd rather you did.

The questions you're already thinking

These come up on every call. Here are the answers we give there.

Why do you get 40% when I film it and I sell it?

Our 40% buys the method, a test at the start and end, the materials people keep, the member area, checkout, refunds, taxes and health-claim review - and we keep running all of it after the cohort ends. Your half is the part people see; ours is why solo courses rarely launch twice.

Couldn't I just hire a freelancer for less?

You could. Our rough estimate, not a quote: four to six months and somewhere between $15,000 and $30,000, with every risk on you - refunds, FTC language, platform rules. With us you pay nothing up front and pay only out of sales that happen.

Show me your results.

We don't have any in this niche, and we won't show you someone else's. What we can show you is a working example page - yours would be built to that standard - and the systems we run for 500,000 customers in adjacent niches.

What happens if I walk away after a year?

You give 60 days' notice. The list of your buyers is yours. We keep serving the women already in the program, and you keep earning on them for 12 months.

Who owns the content and my face?

You do. We license your likeness for this program only. If we part ways, the program stops selling within 30 days.

Who we're looking for

Not a checklist you have to pass. The line that predicts most is the last one.

  • Woman, 40-58, based in US / UK / CA / AU
  • 10K-100K followers on Instagram or TikTok
  • Fitness, strength, nutrition, or midlife wellness niche
  • Posts at least 3× a week, mostly in your own voice
  • Comments that ask “how do I start?”, not just “you look great”
  • Never sold a course - or sold one and hated running it
  • Certification (CPT, nutrition coach, etc.) preferred, not required
